Marharyta Voronina
25 years old, Kyiv (currently Augsburg, Germany)
About
For three and a half years, she has been a volunteer and for one and a half years a staff member of Campus, an international Christian youth movement (Campus Ukraine in Ukraine). She is also responsible for SMM for the “Theological Weekend” project of the Youth Department of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (UOC).
She has experience in organizing youth projects, conducting workshops on painting and art history, and working in teams. She participated in a charity fair in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and, as part of the Ukraine for Christ mission, coordinated volunteers collecting humanitarian aid for internally displaced families.
She is interested in visual arts, theology, and urban studies and sings in the choir of the Church of the Icon of the Mother of God “Quick to Hear” in Munich.
Her credo: “Do not be afraid of profound questions and do not seek simple answers.”

A musician specializing in flute and piano. He holds two university degrees from Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University and the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University.
He has strong communication and teamwork skills and is capable of quickly processing large amounts of information. He sets goals and oversees their implementation and is experienced in planning at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels. He possesses strong analytical skills, particularly in identifying weaknesses in the activities and performance of individual units, teams, and tasks. He is consistent and resilient under stress. As a mentor and coach, he has strong public speaking skills and experience in motivating teams. He learns quickly and is highly motivated to develop professionally and personally.
